Insomnia is classified as the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep, and as someone who used to suffer from this condition I sympathise with all of you fellow sufferers out there.
It started in my 20's, I was working 12 hour days, and was exhausted at the end of the day, but even though I felt so exhausted (to the point of feeling sick) I still could not fall asleep. Eventually when I did, I might get a couple of hours, and then I would be awake again, and desperately wanting to sleep.
I tried various therapys including sleeping pills (but I was way too groggy to think properly the next day), about 10 different sleep CD's, which worked on and off for a while, and also natural things such as 5- HTP, warm milk, essential oils etc. None ever "cured" me.
I did however come across a program a few months ago, and thought I would let other people know about the personal success I had with this product:
